PhD student and Master in Public Policies, Strategies and Development by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (PPED / IE / UFRJ), specialist in Intellectual Property Law by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and graduated in Law by the University Cândido Mendes. He is a researcher at the National Institute of Science and Technology (INCT) Proprietas. Invited professor in the Graduate Programs of PUC-RJ and ABDConst and Assistant Professor at Universidade Positivo. Author of articles in the area of Intellectual Property, Technology and Innovation and of the book “Copyright and Games: The Reverse Engineering of Computer Programs and their Potential as a Source of Innovation”. He was a researcher at the Study Group on Copyright and Industrial Rights (GEDAI / UFPR) and a member of the Research Group on “Artificial Intelligence and Inclusion” at the Institute of Technology and Society (ITS / Rio).
Since 2010, he has been working in the Intellectual Property area, with greater experience in consulting involving topics such as: copyright, brands, technology transfer contracts and innovation.
