Specialist in Business Law, with an emphasis on Franchising and Intellectual Property, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, in 2000. Post-graduate in Business Management and Planning from FAE / PR / 2004. Graduated from the short course in Franchising and Intellectual Property at Georgetown University (Washington, DC, USA), in 2005.
He advocated for large companies, especially in the cosmetics segment, with direct participation in the elaboration and implementation of the new Franchising Contract in the largest cosmetics franchise chain in the world. His practice in the business law field includes: (i) structuring the Legal Department (ii) structuring and managing the Intellectual Property area, (iii) structuring corporate Legal Advisory, (iv) project design and implementation (process review) , aiming to reduce the costs of registering and maintaining trademarks in Brazil and in more than 80 countries, as well as providing greater efficiency in the protection of corporate intangible assets. Member of the Brazilian Franchising Association, acting on the Legal Studies Commission and coordinating, throughout 2003, the Legal Studies Commission on ISSQN and on Franchise. He was Institutional Director of ABF for 6 years. Speaker at FGV / RJ - Graduate Course in Intellectual Property. Speaker by IBC (International Business Comunication).
